HR Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our HR team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including total rewards administration, performance management, employee benefits, and employee recognition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Advise senior management
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Conduct research
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury



Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, including market trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance management processes and employee recognition initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to employees at all levels.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
