Canlan Ice Sports is currently looking for a Sports Shop Supervisor.

Rate of Pay: $38,000 - $41,000/ year

Job Summary:
Canlan Ice Sports seeks a talented Sports Shop Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the Sports Shop with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hockey and skating knowledge, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Diploma or Certificate in Retail operations
• High school diploma or equivalent

Abilities, Attributes, and Experience:

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, sales, and excellent customer service
• Proficient in hockey knowledge, computer skills, and cash handling
• Effective communication with staff and customers
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Proficient in skate sharpening
• Preferred: Experience in team supervision and sports/recreational environment
