Rate of Pay: $68,000 - $76,000/ year

Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and high quality daily operations of the facility. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role that requires strong technical knowledge of ice and facility operations, the ability to supervise and train staff, and a safety first mindset.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager, the Operations Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining ice quality, facility condition, staff performance, and overall participant experience.
